Delivery and Returns Information
We have the facilities to safely courier products around the world. Please find guidelines as to our logistic supply processes for supplying products to companies in the UK and outside of the United Kingdom. If you would like delivery to a destination not stated below, then please contact us and we will see what can be arranged.
Delivery in the UK:
We offer free delivery on most of our small items within UK Mainland.
Delivery charges for larger items will vary due to their size, weight, height and postcode.
Please find below a list of the postcodes that will incur additional shipping costs for products being supplied to companies outside of the UK. As prices fluctuate a little please contact us for ‘on the day accurate pricing’ and ‘delivery schedule’

Global / International Shipping:
If you would like deliveries of any products outside of the UK then please call us so that we can discuss your exact requirements as many factors need to be taken into consideration (local taxes, import taxes, method of freight {ship / air}, delivery times…etc).
RETURNS:
You must get a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) before returning any items purchased and follow the returns procedure below to return any item:
- Contact us with regards to returning an item
- Package the item properly to avoid any damage in transit
- Return the item to us
- Wait for us to inspect the item and discuss with you either a replacement / exchange or a refund depending on situation. We will treat all returns in a quick and professional manner.
